About this experience
Cenote Dos Ojos is one of the most complete cenotes at a shallow depth, full of incredible colors, geological formations, and diverse galleries along its two lines stretching over 700 metres. A flooded cave full of secrets waiting to be discovered — an unforgettable dive for certified divers.
Requirements
- Open Water or Advanced certification required
- Minimum age 15 years
- Maximum depth depends on certification level
Certification Levels
Both tours require a valid diving certification. We do not offer diving courses — these experiences are exclusively for certified divers.
Open Water Diver (OWD)
Up to 18 metersEntry-level certification covering fundamental diving skills, safety protocols, and equipment handling. Required for our standard diving tour.
- ✓Valid PADI OWD, SSI, NAUI or equivalent certification
- ✓Dive log book
- ✓Good physical health
Advanced Open Water Diver (AOWD)
Up to 30 metersAdvanced certification that unlocks deeper dive sites and special conditions. Focuses on perfecting technique through 5 adventure dives — deep diving and underwater navigation are mandatory.
- ✓Valid PADI AOWD, SSI or equivalent certification
- ✓Active OWD certification
- ✓Dive log book
- ✓Good physical health
⚠ If you haven't dived in the past 12 months, a Scuba Review may be required before joining the tour.
